MINUTES
Approval of Minutes The Board reviewed the minutes from January 5, 2010. Mr. Forte motioned to accept the minutes as amended; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
Health Agent Re-appointment Mr. Fleuette stated that no action was needed for re-appointment.
2009 Annual Report Mr. Fleuette supplied the Board with a draft of the annual report for 2009. The Board is to review it and bring back to Mr. Fleuette with any updates or revisions.
OLD BUSINESS
H1N1 Clinics As a recap of the H1N1 clinics, the Town serviced 1959 total H1N1 does which is 12% of the population. There are 1500 doses left which will be held thru 2011. There are 345 doses left for the seasonal flu.
Mr. Fleuette stated that the Board was grateful to all that participated in volunteering at the clinics.

Mr. Forte motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:19 pm; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion, and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn.
